The project is reusing a normal house as a shared communal space, parking areas for Van-Life people and small rvs to park in, also spots for long term tents, room for gardening, and ninja warrior style obstacles. All parking areas are the same size, big enough for vehicles or the tent, plus a little hangout space. Want to emphasize community, lush green gardens. Parking areas are called nooks, they have privacy separation on two sides from neighbors. Houses hope to be friendly and welcoming to all, and a place for people to mix and learn from each other, live cheaper and better. As for the house, it would be nice to see inside though the walls, house should be nicely decorated, food stocked in the kitchen. No beds, a library, computers, a TV with lots of seating, and lots of plants everywhere.
