(I apologize for this <strong> project description but I have had too many absurd submissions in the past.)
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT I WILL TAKE ABOUT 1 (ONE) WEEK TO DECIDE.

1. This is a long term relationship but part-time. However it will be years for the right person. Over time you will know me and what I want and I will trust you to deliver.
2. You understand what I mean by 'TEST TEST TEST AND WHEN YOU HAVE FINISHED WITH TESTING AND TIRED YOU WILL TEST SOME MORE AND MORE AND MORE AND YOU WILL DELIVER A CROSS BROWSER FULLY TESTED PRODUCT'.
Did I mention the word TEST more than once. I hope so.
Because most people have no idea how to set up a test methodology and then adhere to it - but you do.
3. I am a sensational employer - references available.
4. I will pay according to your skills and QUICKLY.

6. I have may years in IT and BUSINESS and I also have a very good eye for graphic design.
7. Initially I want 1 page that is spectacular so I can show to my customers. The right person will be sent the brief.
8. I want AN EXPERT in...
a) Striking website design. You do not have to be a graphic designer with PS skills - but some PS skills will help. Just the ability to bring together images, designs, fonts, and ideas.
b) Of course you know fonts inside and out.
c) Of coures you know HTML5 and CSS3
d) Of course you know JS and associated off shoots like Jquery and Json etc
e) Of course you can communicate with programmers and admins.
As I said before I NEED AN EXPERT FOR A LONG TERM BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP.
I have many ideas that I can specify in detail to you. I need you to make them a VISUAL reality.
I have web programmers and admin experts.
But I NEED A VISUAL EXPERT.
