Need designer for 1 page app dashboard

I need a UI designer to mockup a 1 page dashboard interface for me. WIREFRAMES VS. VISUAL DESIGN Wireframes or jumping right to visual design are both OK with me (especially since there exist a bunch of dashboard UI kits out there). Ideally I could find someone who could also handle visual design, either after wires or by skipping the wires, but that's not required...I'm OK hiring someone just to do wireframes if they're the best person for the job. Please specify in your bid if you do wireframes, visual design or both. HOURLY VS. FIXED PRICE I'm creating this job as hourly, but I'm open to fixed price if you'd prefer. Please mention in your bid if you would like to change. SUMMARY The dashboard is for an app that helps websites increase their revenue per visitor by showing visitors discount offers. So the key purpose of the dashboard is to convey how well the app is working (i.e., that in fact it is increasing revenue per visitor) and to give some details about what exactly the app is doing and how people are reacting to the discounts. DETAILS There is a top level navigation that has the following options: Dashboard, Discounts, Settings, Account, Help (the dashboard that you're designing is, of course, the dashboard menu item) TIME PERIODS The entire dashboard should be governed by a user-defined time period. Options are: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, All time, Custom date range. When the user selects a time period, all the modules in the dashboard automatically update. DASHBOARD MODULES 1) Revenue per visit: Test vs. Control This is the centerpiece of the dashboard. It's a two line chart that shows how discounts are performing (test) vs. control. So if the app is working, you'll see the test line doing better than the control line. 2) Traffic withheld as control A slider that shows what percentage of the website's traffic goes to test vs. control (i.e., the app holds back some of the websites traffic in order to compare it to the traffic that is exposed to discounts...that way it can really prove an increase in revenue per visitor). This is adjustable by user, so he can pick anywhere from 0% to 100%. 3) Incremental revenue A cumulative dollar figure that shows total incremental revenue as a result of using the app. 4) Discounting First, there's a percentage figure: "Visitors shown discounts: 33%" And then this module compares 2 things at a time for those exposed to discounts and those not exposed to discounts, and the user selects which metric to compare. Maybe you can use a bar chart here or something for comparison, up to you. Here are the metrics: Average order value: This shows the average order value paid by those using discounts vs. those paying full price. Conversion rate: This shows conversion rate percentages for the two groups. That's it.
