Social Sports Site

THE SITE The site is a sports entertainment site that informs fans about local, live events in London pertaining to American football. It links to our popular Facebook page, and is used by fans as a source of information that they can’t find on the Facebook page. The site is only really used for 6 months of the year, and is not the main driver of audience, but still essential. It is a poor looking site now, currently sitting on [login to view URL] SITE PURPOSE 1) Let people know about upcoming live events via a calendar. 2) Entertain with live news, & cut and pasted stories, videos and pictures from other websites 3) Shows videos linked from our YouTube page. 4) Link to our social media including our Facebook Page; Twitter Handle & Instagram account. THE NEW SITE What we are looking for from the new site. 1) Easy to manage and UPLOAD material to from various sources, and potentially via mobile. Potentially Wordpress. 2) Simple LAYOUT. So that fans can navigate easily. We have drawn up how we want to front page to look and move. Very crisp, and looks good on a mobile. 3) SOCIAL MEDIA. We want to be able to upload content from Instagram, our Twitter feed, and potentially have fans be able to do the same to the site if possible.
