Fix, cleanup & improve custom coded creative PHP website

Hello; One of the sites I run, is a free community website for 3D artists called "The Sphere Project" ([login to view URL]). It's a fun website where artists can download a 3D template of a sphere, modify it with their creative ideas, and then submit their creation to be rated. It is fairly popular too. Now this site has been around since 2006 (!) and it is seriously overdue for some fixes that have, over time, added up to quite a number of them. Some of these are small components that were originally coded in Flash and need to be converted to PHP. Others are general website improvements as well as cleanup. To make matters worse, I am in the process of changing servers and ever since I've moved it to the new server, the login is broken so no one can log in (this is on my new server that is yet to go live). I'm sure I have yet to find all the new issues... So I need someone who is *very* experienced with PHP as well as MySQL & basic website design, with whom I can chat, explain everything that needs to be fixed, and have them do it, along with any other improvements they see fit. Now, this website is a free website I've created and, unfortunately, my budget is *extremely* limited so please keep this in mind. As much as I would love to find charity work, I know I won't but please keep this in mind! If you want to work on a very creative project and have a lot of control in improving / optimizing it, please do send me a message. I need to get this back up and running, as well as functioning again as soon as possible.
