XHTML Travel Newsletter Page

Looking for great HTML and CSS gurus! I need a great Travel Newsletter Page! I can do it, but I do not have time, so please have this in mind when bidding (Quality Work)! I need one page that will act as my newsletter page. This page should be easily updated in Dreamweaver. The page design can be done in Photoshop, but ultimately it needs to be hand coded in HTML with a separate CSS file. XHTML with Strict markup CSS and XHTML will need to be hand-coded, not exported from Imageready or other software. Tableless XHTML/CSS web page is preferred and considered first! We will release funds after page is complete. HTML must be validated before releasing funds. Features the page must have: - IE6, IE7, Firefox, Opera and Google Chrome compatible - Semantic Markup used for SEO - Clean W3C Valid XHTML / CSS - The design is quite simple but I need it to be fully standards compliant xhtml/css. If the page does not validate, the job is NOT considered complete. A live validated demo of this page will be required before we consider this project complete. - Image Optimization for fast-loading - *Provide multiple travel related images to use! - *Not a clone of the attached newsletter, but nicely designed with a similar layout. *See attached file for example page. We need exclusive and complete copyrights to all work contracted. No General Public Licence, 3rd party components etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer.
