Has a strong understanding of web interface design – proportion, typography, color – an elite thinker. Is a true design guru. Maybe you've been a designer for 10+ years, maybe studied it in school, maybe you’re a voracious surfer of design sites, maybe you’re just an aesthete with high standards. But you need to bring ideas and an opinion. Is committed to rock solid, standards compliant HTML / CSS and understands the evolution to HTML 5. Knows about popular social networks and current best practices for integrating share tools into websites. Is available to work during US business hours, and for extended production periods, on multiple projects. Is an efficient multi-tasker and a successful time-manager / record keeper. Has their own hardware / legal software / connectivity ready to go. Is at the top of their game and is ready for the liberating and exciting world of freelance interactive production. Is a reliable, stable, mature supplier, who can meet deadlines & deliver work that exceeds expectations, without excuses or drama or many wasted hours of back and forth emails.
