I am providing a full marketing package for my client who is in the Home Renovation / Remodeling industry, and as such, need a great looking website and Social Media integration.

We are using Facebook, Twitter, and Linked In. We would like to have as much interactivity (sharing, blog comments, social media, etc) as possible.

Site Goals:

1. Bring Traffic.

2. Capture Traffic (a graphic to encourage email opt-in in exchange for free article will be required)

3. Remain a hub for increasing media content - blogs, videos, updates, etc.

Primary Methods to accomplish above:

1. SEO, widgets / feeds (twitter, FB) to keep things fresh.

2. email opt-in incentive (we will write), FB likes, Twitter Follows.

3. Wordpress platform will be used so that the site can be easily modified, updated, and upgraded.

Requirements:

1. Build a wordpress site 8 pages: Home, About Us, Contact Us, 4 Content pages, and one "thankyou"/fulfillment page(post opt-in).

2. Use the existing Logo to create a great looking header graphic for the whole site.

3. Use stock photos to create an inspiring front-page slideshow (can be 4 photos with text/linked to the content pages).

4. Integrate a widget to feed Twitter into the sidebar.

5. Integrate a Facebook widget into the sidebar (please suggest options)

6. Create a catchy front page square graphic in the sidebar used to capture emails for the newsletter / mailing list.

7. Install recommended wordpress plugins (I can't find my list at the moment - but we may need 10-20 plugins installed), and/or recommend plugins. (for sharing buttons, spam, etc)

8. Create a custom branded Twitter background with Logo & web info.

9. Create a custom graphic / title page for the Facebook page with links to the FB photo page, Twitter, the main website, and the newsletter optin.

10. Install Google Analytics on pages.

11. Place tag clouds and Social Media buttons in Sidebar (SM buttons should match the color theme of the site).

please note: *some marketing / seo experience is a plus!

*We don't have any photos, so you may need to provide/access some good stock or CC photos of: home renovation, remodelling, happy families, closet organizers, functional rooms and related themes.

Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter addresses.

Email submission form code (for newsletter)

login access for Wordpress site (currently installed at [url removed, login to view])

*we will need the main [url removed, login to view] to go straight to your home page, even though wordpress is installed at the /blog

First payment can be escrowed, but will not be released until some of the work has been done (site first-draft at least). Final payment will not released until all final work has been completed, given, and approved, and site is fully functional. Other payments can be negotiated.

Regular, clear communication will be expected from the first bid. We would also like to see some ongoing examples (at least screenshots) of the sites progress, in order to update the rest of our team.

The winning bidder will not simply post links to 1,000 previously done sites, but respond showing he/she has clearly understood our specific requirements, and/or has any ideas that may improve our sites success in achieving it's goals.
