Hello,
I worked for a mid-size e-commerce company where I was responsible for managing Google Analytics on dozens of accounts. Setting up Google Analytics should take about an hour or so, and I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have about interpreting the data.
Much of that has to do with your goals - setting up conversion funnels and such, as well as (you) being familiar with the traffic sources, most popular pages, etc. so that you can guide your business and future site improvements.
Depending on his availability, I can put you in touch with our AdWords guy, who managed a lot of the referral traffic and marketing campaigns. I'm not sure if paid advertising is in your budget, but it's almost a necessity to really drive traffic these days, as SEO only goes so far.
Let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks!
- Curtis
