Google Adwords marketing campaign for Swedish market

One of our clients managed to get his adwords account suspended which means his business is on hold at the moment.
We need to find a company that has a good reputation with adwords who runs client campaigns in different countries. Your company shall setup the same campaigns as our client had on his adwords account and run them with a daily budget of $300. I will provide you all the information regarding exactly how the campaigns should look, target, bid per click etc.
We will pay 10% on top of the spent budget per day meaning if a days campaign costs $300 we will pay you $330 so you earn 30 USD that day.
Hopefully the campaigns can be alive for a long time. The suggested setup is that we escrow first day's budget of $330 and once the campaigns are approved and running we can pay day by day or week by week according to a mutual agreement.
