We need to improve this previous project to be able to turn off AC based on specified hours on the config file.

For example :

specified hours :

Start : 0100 AM

End : 0500 AM

Then during those hours, the AC(s) must be turned off regardless of the Ping status,

so even if there's an ac respond to the Ping at 0323 AM, the AC must be turn off.

It will respond again to the ping after 0500 AM
