GIS data extraction - Australian property addresses based on area

To whom it may concern, I am a property developer based in Tasmania, Australia and am interested in using publicly available GIS data to extract a list of potential property development sites based on land area, property zoning and location criteria. The basic premise is to use GIS mapping software to extract a databas with a list of properties fitting the following land area (m2) and zoning requirements: · General residential: >975m2 · Inner residential: >750m2 · Low Density Residential Zone: >5,000m2 Note that TheList Map gives an indication of the GIS data available, but you may have to use google to search for data files ([login to view URL]) The Desired excel database headers based on what is available in TheList Map viewer will include: Unit Number Street Number From Street Number To Street Suffix Street Type Locality Postcode Easting Northing Full address description Zone Planning Scheme Land Area (m2) The database only needs to capture the following suburbs/towns. Northern Suburbs 1. Legana 2. Riverside 3. Norwood 4. South Launceston 5. Trevallyn 6. Youngtown 7. West Launceston 8. East Launceston 9. Launceston 10. Newstead 11. Summerhill 12. Longford 13. Perth 14. Invermay 15. Prospect Vale 16. Prospect 17. Kings Meadows Southern suburbs 1. Taroona 2. Battery Point 3. Geilston Bay 4. Austins Ferry 5. Montrose 6. Glenorchy 7. Claremont 8. Kingston Beach 9. Lauderdale 10. Sandy Bay 11. Lindisfarne 12. West Hobart 13. New Town 14. Howrah 15. Kingston 16. Bellerive 17. South Hobart 18. Lenah Valley 19. Moonah 20. North Hobart Optional: If possible, as a bonus I would then like to be able to place pins (named based on propert zone + land area) using the eastings and northings for the entire database on Google Earth in order to examine the development merit of each location visually.
