Multi Tier Website - PHP/REST API/MySQL

I have an end to end concept website components/architecture in form of a demo site - which are 65% complete to my vision. We need to add 25% more functionality (I doubt we can do 100%). _ These 25% addition meaning researching/ finding/ integrating and demoing that feature in end to end demo site. I am looking for a solid/senior freelancer/team who have capabilities to research and integrate III party APIs or Service Provider (I will guide if needed) and take my demo to 90% completion. We will have follow-on projects afterwards. If you know a online car purchase process in USA or Digital Retailing, this will help us the most. Carvana/vRoom and others are expert in Digital Retailing solutions. I have my own differentiator and hence I need my digital retailing flow to be figured out and added to my current demo site. You would do research/ find/ integrate and extend my demo site for following three things 1) Research III party companies/ API providers/ Vendors - who provide us financing car options where our buyers can get a pre-approval based on their income, expenses, credit history and we know their limit (for example: they can buy a car up to $30,000.). CarZing, Capital One finance and many companies will be able to provide us URL/ link/ APIs to get our buyers to pre-approve. This should be easiest in my mind .. Find a company and take user to that site if user wants a pre-approval step. We do need to get back their limit from that service provider though. 2) Research III party companies/API providers who provide Trade In valuation of a used car (I know Kelly Blue Book provides API for returning a dealer/trade in value of any car). This API/service will let buyer know that their current car with certain make/model or VIN# is worth $5000 or $7000 or what. 3) Once buyer agrees to buy a given car from that seller - we need a car carrier/shipping companies to ship that car from that seller/dealer (point A) to buyer's home/address (point B) within USA for certain fees/charges. We will display these charges and get agreement for payment from a buyer / seller or both. 4) Put all these three things in a website of your own code where buyer comes online and selects any given car (VIN#) and then demo all three features with dummy seller/ buyer/ car model. I will send a demosite of my current website and my vision which we want to realize if you want.
