What we need is an app developer company to develop an app in several languages. # Managers. In order to keep the app clean of bad language and keep the discussions healthy, we need a supervising manager account that will be able to ban other accounts and close threads. # Registering. In order to use the app in a non view only way, the user will have to register. # Discussions, voting and report producing. - There will have to be several functions that the user could use. 1) The user will be able to open discussion threads with certain requirements. Every thread will have a time limit and then it will close. At the end of the time limit, a pre-built report that the original poster of the thread will have to fill will be produced and will be viewable and shareable at any time. 2) A separate voting system that will produce a report as well. More will be discussed. The budget is very flexible.
