Flash Roulette Animation

I need a professional Flash animation of a Roulette wheel. The animation should show the wheel spin, the ball spin in the opposite direction, and finally the ball come to rest on a specified number. The winning number should be able to be passed into the Flash animation. I have a random number generator that will select the winning number to be passed in. While the wheel is spinning and the ball is moving and eventually stopping on our specified number, there should be some kind of sound effects to make the spin seem more real. The sound effects should be able to be enabled or disabled by the interface and/or by passing in a variable. I do not need to have a roulette table in this animation only the wheel. The winning number should some how be highlighted or zoomed in on for people watching to be able to see what the winning number actually is. This animation will most likely be viewed full screen(atleast 800x600) and the graphics should look great that way. However, I may want to have this same animation be scaled to about 25% of the screen also. I know it is possible to scale Flash animations, but the ones I have seen usually look really bad. Therefore a scaled down version of the animation will probably be required. Let me restate that I want this animation to look as professional as possible, the more realistic the better.
