Flash Real Estate Website Design on wordpress, Along With A Logo Designed. Long Term Partner wanted.

I am looking for a long time flash designer that wants to be a part of our team. We are an extremely fast growing real estate website company and we need designers in all areas. At this moment we need a flash designer. This will be your first project and if it works out great then we will have a very great and prosperous long term partnership. **This is a simple project $500 offered- a flash homepage, A LOGO, and regular 2column site for the internal navigation (doesn't have to be all flash like the homepage). We want this on the WORDPRESS PLATFORM. There are few things I really need from you so please read directions and pay attention to detail. I have worked with many designers and I cannot understand the lack of professionalism and lack of detail that goes into their service and work. Follow directions as I have them here. I don't want to explain myself ten times because of a lack of professionalism. 1. You need to be able to look at the flash real estate website examples and the preferences of my client and be able to emulate them while creating your own style that fits his preferences as he says. The site has to look like the examples in overall style but yet be unique. **If you cannot do this or if you cannot do this well, then DO NOT BID. I need a designer that is creative and can come up with his own design off the directions from my client. I don't want to have to spend time telling you how to do it. You are the designer, not me and your getting paid for your creative talent. I only want someone that can be creative and follow my clients directions as he says. PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL. 2. Review my clients instructions carefully. He has filled out an initial questionnaire and provided additional directions as well. There are many examples he provides and he goes into great detail so you won't be confused on what he wants. It is long but really the same thing over and over. Its only long because the previous designer could not understand anything. I don't want to have to explain everything another hundred times to you. So read them carefully right here, right now. I want a creative designer!! 3. This has to be on WORDPRESS. You must use WORDPRESS for this entire project. We want a homepage for the entire flash design, and then the rest we can use a standard 2column layout. 4. Let me see examples. You will not win without showing me examples of your work, and in particular your CREATIVITY. 5. Communitcate Via Skype. If you cannot download free Skype and instant message or talk to me then its simple....DO NOT BID. 6. You must be able to finish this and the logo within 3-4 days of winning the project. So 3-4 day turnaround. **You will automatically be turned down if your initial posting for our business if your initial bid comments do not follow the directions laid out here. If you have the standard "will do this job for you 100%, lets get started" response....then you have no chance. This is a great opportunity for you where you will get many clients a month on a consistent basis. We only want professionals, not amateurs. **We are offering $500 for this first project. It is one page of flash basically and then a normal 2column blog. So it isn't extremely extensive. We are paying this much for your creativity.
