Buffering for Flash ActionScript 3 Movie Player

I am looking for someone I can send small projects to. I do simple Flash development myself however sometimes I do not have the skills to do certain tasks. I have a Flash/ActionScript 3 video player. I like the way it works however it plays large videos choppy because it does not preload enough data. It needs better buffering control so that the movie does not begin to play until more of the movie has loaded. For this task, please add a flashvar for buffering. The flashvar should set how many seconds of the movie should be pre-loaded before the movie begins to play. This should cause more time to pass before the movie begins to play however once the movie begins to play it should play continuously without pauses. The source code has a var named "playheadTime" and I think that this is what needs to be modified however I do not know how to do this. I have attached the source code for the project. It should work with Flash CS3. My budget for this task is $20.
