The module takes the construction/ renovation costs, and other expenses VS the revenue, and creates a P&L, BS and cash follow including mortgages & depreciation calculation. That module can calculate the cost per unit (villa) based on the schedule plan of each villa).
Also, I prepare proposals (Pitch Deck, business plans, feasibility studies, financial projections (dynamic scenarios), and due diligence) for investors. With my skills in Financial and Microsoft Excel, I develop financial modules including depreciation schedule, long-term debt, business valuation ratios sensitive analysis etc.).
