I am looking for a consistency in my social media scheduling, emails, blogging, submissions, research, marketing and other as needed tasks. You can be flexible with when you do the job as long as social media and blogging is done on the consistent basis and all items are marked off the checklist for the week. I am looking for an assistant with good English, proper grammar and punctuation to write blogs and emails, as well as someone who is proficient in WordPress platform. Some of the work would be simple data entry, research and reach out to vendors as well as follow up. Uploading and submitting photos and pinning photos with description on Pinterest, researching and utilizing profitable keywords etc. This is my first time hiring a virtual assistant, so we would need to work a system out together as we go. Still working on creating sample checklist, I know that social media, blogging and vendor research would be an ongoing weekly need. And then random tasks here and there such as helping me put products on e commerce site and so on.
