5 Year Balance Sheet Financial analysis of a private company

[login to view URL] This URL contains audited balance sheets of a company which I need to review for partnership which involves investment. I am not well versed with financial statement analysis, so I would like help in analysing the 5 year statements. The company did get into a lot of financial trouble 3-4 years ago as one of their bank guaratees to the tune of 11cr was revoked. I would like you to make a list of questions I can ask the management, based on your analysis of these documents. The company is just about out of its worse phase and I would like to know how soon they can ramp up bank limits (bank guarantees, credit terms, etc.) which I'd also like you to assess if you can sumarize anything from these statements. I would like the report within 24 hours so don't expect you to spend more than 3 hours on this analysis.
