Virtual Assistant
$3-14 NZD / hour
I run a photography studio, and need a proactive and organised virtual assistant with great English to keep me organised, set up meetings and communicate with our clients, and other tasks. When you apply for this job, please be specific about the tasks you have skills or experience in. Tasks may include the following:
* Entering data from marketing campaigns into the CRM
* Monitoring incoming emails and maintaining the CRM
* Responding to client queries
* Financial bookkeeping
* Managing social media accounts
* Managing calendars for multiple photographers
* Planning and running marketing campaigns
* Electronic filing
I need someone who is available for 3 hours per day, 5 days per week.
You will need a computer, a reliable internet connection, and be happy to have my Dropbox installed on your computer (as this is how you will access work files).
I will be employing you on a week-by-week basis but there is certainly potential for this work to be ongoing.
