Simple Program or Something

So, i'm currently working as an assitant for an Astrologer, she has this program called "Efemerides" that generates documents (.rtf), that contain a table with 8 columns, and can have from 1 to 700 rows, it depends. but always 8 columns, the point is that the information that comes out from the programs must be putted in a Calendar and that must be able to sync with any kind of smartphone. From those 8 colums there is just 2 that are important, the column "Inicia" (That contains and exact day, month, year, hour for the begining of the event) and the column "Finaliza", (That contains and exact day, month, year and hour for the end of the event). The program will generate a table for one specific Named Event, and there are multible Named Event 20 to 30 Aprox All the .rtf that the program generates comes in spanish (Very Simple though). I know there are ways to turn this docs to excel and excel to calendar, but it takes me to modify each cell wich is just too much work. In resume, i need i program or something, where i can upload the .rtf document, and it instantly creates multiple calendar events (One for each row) under one customazible name, the outcome must be a document .ics or any kind of calendar doc that can be syncronized with google, apple or outlook calendars, it's important that it can identify the specific two columns.
