Sales Job Handoff Document

We have a excel template that our sales team uses when they sell jobs and are ready to send in for scheduling. We need that handoff in excel to transfer certain fields into a word document so that they can just create a proposal in one document. There would be fields that pending their answer would need to generate a different response in the word document (for example if excel had air handler in a field, the word document would need to reflect a certain pre-established wording which would be different if excel had another answer in that same field) certain fields on excel would need to drive what is in the word document.. The goal is to make it so there is one workbook they would do quoting in that would automatically pre-populate their customer proposal
