I am a Commerical Real Estate agent, in need of someone who can do web research to uncover commercial property owners, and gather relevant information about the property and ownership. Main tools to be used will be CoStar, Lexis Nexis and LandVision, therefore someone that already has access to these sites (which likely means that you have experience with this project) is the preferable candidate.
Requires some investigative/curiosity skills, as you will need to access several sites for this information. Ability to work quickly, but accurately, is vital.
