Manager of Philippines Recruitment & Executive Search Team Overview: LINKO Talent is based in Beijing and is one of the top recruitment and executive search firms in China. It is also one of China’s fastest-growing integrated HR service providers and largest HR consultancies. We are seeking a manager to help us open a branch in the Manila. The manager will lead a team of Filipino recruiters in finding candidates for our automotive clients in China. The manager will come to China for training, and then go back to the Philippines to open the office, and recruit, train, and lead a team. To learn more about us, please click on the link below: [login to view URL] Responsibilities: -Come to China to receive training from one of our client managers -Visit clients in order to better understand their companies and locations -Open a branch in Manila -Recruit a team of qualified recruiters -Train the team in recruitment methodologies -Lead the Manila team in achieving LINKO’s targets -Report to the CEO -Analyze potential/actual problems and prevent/solve them Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 1-2+ years of recruitment experience Experience in HR-related fields Recruitment/executive search experience (preferred) Experience in the automotive industry (preferred) Ability to learn quickly and transmit that knowledge to others Led office/team of at least 5 people Fully competent in English oral and written communication Competent in Mandarin enough to communicate with clients (preferred)
