I need to be able to see what each team is doing every day , how they are doing compared to the goals and how far are they in reaching their tiers- 3 tiers. so, Anna, Alex, Felicia, Maureen and Arcy are the team leaders that head their departments. The stats they are responsible for are in the same row as their name. For example: Anna is the team leader overseeing Dr. Miller, Dr. Baker, Dr. Zeitlin and Dr. Gilmore. The goal that Dr. Miller needs to reach every month is 36992, Dr. Baker 6688, Dr. Gilmore 11584, Dr. Zeitlin 12928. So when Anna enters information every day she should be able to see where each Dr. is at compared to the monthly goal , how far each Dr. from the monthly goal, what does each Dr. need to collect every day to reach the monthly goal (depending on the number of days left in the month). Each team leader will be doing the same and they need to know for each doctors and their department. Also, all this information should be able to tell if they have reached their first tier collectively, how far are they from reaching the first tier, second tier and third tier. I am putting data together for the 2nd and third tiers, in the meantime I want to get a framework ready. Transferring the data into Graphs and pies or any other visual aid is preferable.
