I have 16 properties in the Austin market. I just purchased an AirDNA subscription, but have found it difficult to scrape the date for my needs.

I need the following neighborhoods within Austin:

East Riverside

Northwest Hills

Anderson Mill

I need the following data pieces for each neighborhood:

-Pricing: For an entire home. 1 bed and 2 bed that accommodates 1-8 people. Going for the 50th percentile.

--Daily pricing rates for 6 months out

-Occupancy trends for all neighborhoods

-Seasonality trends for all neighborhoods

-Revenue trends for all listed neighborhoods

-Guest information for all listed neighborhoods
