need a custom Excel spreadsheet for calculating food nutritional information
I need it to do the following:
1. On the first tab, have an input and database of foods. These must include pure foods, popular packaged foods (breakfast cereals, salad kits, energy bars etc.), condiments, and variations of fat content (if necessary).
2. The second tab will be where users enter the volume/serving size of the food.
3. The third tab will be how the volume is measured (by cup, tbs, tsp, litre, gallon, ml, mg, pint etc.) Canadian and US units.
4. The forth tab will be the corresponding weight to the food item. (Canadian and US units)
5. The remaining tabs will consist of the quantities of each of the following: Calories, Fat, Fiber, Carbs, Protein and Average COST/Serving size ($). These quantities must be able to be calculated using either the weight or volume entered by the user.
I've attached a spreadsheet which can be used as an optional starting point. It already has a lot of the information i'm looking for and can save you time.

Hello Sir, I have gone through your spreadsheet and I've created a new spread sheet according to your requirements. I have used combo box x which searches automatically for the food. And I have used Look ups which automatically fill the following columns. Then I have used another formula which totals all the nutrition based on volume entered by user.
