Micro Job - Quick and Easy for those who have skills. I need a spreadsheet in Google Docs (it is not a google spreadsheet) to work with a Quiz I have had made in Google.

Please read carefully - This is a Micro Job as it is just integration needed - all data done. This is a MICRO Job/ small job ideally under $70 US as data entry is done. I have an existing Typeform Spreadsheet it is in my Google Docs. It is already all filled in with data and works at the moment with my Typeform subscription and Typeform Quiz. Now I do not want to use Typeform ($37 per month I had not realised this at the beginning I thought it was a one off charge - my bad :(. I don't need to anymore pay for a fun interactive quiz as since I had it done - I can get one for Free as Google Questionaire can be interesting, and now have the ability to have little animated Gifs. The quiz is done too! I need you to make my Typeform Spreadsheet which is indeed kept in my Google account Google docs to work seamlessly with my new Google Quiz which has just been built. I do not want to use any paid integration like Zapier ...or for example Gravity with Lastform as then too we still have a paid monthly subscription. In this attachment you can see screen captures of the Spreadsheet, the new Quiz too. Please note the little especially built questionnaire in the second screen shot which needs to remain functional.
