Looking for someone with good excel skills.
We get pricelists from our suppliers (mostly in Excel) from which we need some basic fields/cloums to upload to our webshop.
The upload file needs to be Excel as well.
The trouble is that each supplier has his own way of doing things, leaving us with a lot of work to get the information we need.
Some of them have good pricelists with almost all colums we need, others have only 3 or 4 coloums we need.
We now want to have an Excel Macro, which should do the following:
1) read the file(s) we select (from 1 supplier at the time)
2) controll if the files is/are still correct
3) export the fields we need from the pricelist to the corresponding colums in the output file
4) save the exported file
This should be relatively easy (at present we copy and paste), but what makes it mistake prone is that
-not all suppliers fields have the same name as our fields
-sometines more than 1 supplier columns need to be moved to just 1 output colums
-alls supplier pricelists are different
We now want uniform spreasheet files for all our suppliers, sothat we can have these completed by a VA (the missing info needs to come from the net and be manually added to the correct colomns.

If you're serious about ypur bid, then let us know in your own words what you intend to do for your bid. How do yuo intend to make this macro? Just to be clear: we want this process automated in an Excel macro and not someone that will do it manually like we did up to now.
Also we want a macro that can handle all our pricelists from different suppliers.
We will choose someone that will present us a clearly described solution, so stop sending in bids stating only that you can do it, wihout mentioning what exactly you mean by it.
