Excel Spreadsheet and VBA macro to Generate Combination List

I am looking for an Excel and VBA expert to create a spreadsheet capable of generating lists of names. For example, out of 8 names, I want a list created by choosing only 3 names at a time - which should produce a list totaling 56 combinations. It is a "n choose k" combination problem without replacement where order is not important. For the list, I would like flexibility in the total number of names and the selection size. However, I don't think the list would be greater than 15 names and I would not select less than 6 names at a time. For each list, names should be in a separate cell and each list should be on a separate row. Lastly, I would like to exclude the possibility where two names can't be within a list combination at my discretion.
