Excel Spreadsheet Tweaki

I have an excel template that I need tweaked. I suspect a good Excel person could do this in 10 minutes. The spreadsheet is attached. I want the last three columns changed. Different color. And I want the check boxes removed from the last two columns. Then I want the checklist set up so that I can check a box each day for tasks completed and the total in the "Achieved" column will keep track of how many days I did what I was supposed to do. And I want the last three columns to calculate each row--so If my "goal" was to get up early 7 days each week, and I "achieved" this only 6 days, the "net" column will show "-1" as one less than my goal. Finally, I would like to add a calculated box somewhere for my overall weekly "score" for what percentage of my tasks were completed as desired. If I hit 95% of my targets, I want a 95% score calculated. I'm thinking this would be relatively simple for somebody who knows Excel. I copied this format from the web, but I do not know enough to customize it as requested above. Thanks!
