Data entry ( Quagliata - movimenti)

i need to copy the data of pdf files into file called "88_template_excel_import_dare_avere ( quagliata)" the "88_template_excel_import_dare_avere ( quagliata)" is composed by 3 sheets movimenti dare avere competenze configurazioni 1st task: in the sheet called " movimenti dare avere insert the data of the pdf called " estratti conto" you must insert the data from the pdf file into this - "data" inside column B. - "valuta" inside column C . - "uscite" or "dare" into column D. - "entrate" or " avere" into column E. I also need a check. So to check you correctly copy all the data, do this: - check the initial AND final balance of a month ( COLUMN G) - che if it is equal to the voice " saldo iniziale" and " saldo finale" - if some documents are missing please follow the instruction below. ( f.e. if you have the first documents till 31/12/2004 and the final "saldo" is equal to +100 and the second documents starts from 31/12/2005 and the " saldo iniziale " (initial balance is equal to +50) check the differences beetwen the balances ( 50) and insert it in the the column "dare" ( column D) . Also put in column F " scrittura di raccordo" ( fitting write) from the menu that is in every cell of column F. IMPORTANT: - In italy commas (,) are for decimals and not points (.)! so please just use commas for decimals - In Italy point (.) is for thousands. Please don't insert the point into excel cell. ( for example if you have to insert 1.000,00 in excel you have to digit into the cell only 1000,00 and not 1.000) - In iTaly the dates are dd/mm/year i need this way of writing dates. DO NOT INSERT mm/dd/year 2nd task: check the sheet called " COMPETENZE" in the excel file called "88_TEMPLATE_EXCEL_IMPORT_DARE_AVERE ( quagliata)" I give you an example of what i need: 1. Open the pdf file called “scalari” 2. Open the excel file called “88_TEMPLATE_EXCEL_IMPORT_DARE_AVERE ( quagliata.)” 3. Go in the 2nd sheet called “ COMPETENZE” of the excel file called “8_TEMPLATE_EXCEL_IMPORT_DARE_AVERE ( quagliata.)” 4. first of all check the date of the pdf file into the GREY LINE in the upper right corner. 5. then go to the correspondent row in the excel file on column B 6 In the column D (of the excel file) called “ saldo liquido” you have to copy THE LAST VALUE in the column called “ saldi per valuta” in the pdf file. CHECK the RED LINE 6. In the column F called “ numeri creditori” you need to put the value in the column in blu. In the example there are no values in this column so nothign goes there 7. In the column G called“ interessi creditori” there will go interessi creditori. In the example there are no interessi creditori o just put "0" check GREEN LINE of page 2 8. In column H called “ numeri debitori” goes the sum of numeri debitori. You can find thiS value into BLUE LINE line of page 1 9. In column I called "interessi debitori" goes the value into the YELLOW line of page 2 10. In the column J called “ massimo scoperto” goes the bigger negative value of the values inside orange line 11. In the column K called “CMS” goes the value into purple line “ commissione massimo sco-perto” check PURPLE LINE 12. In the column L called “SPESE TEG” it goes nothing 13. In the column M called “ spese conto” ” it goes the value into the black line Deadline for the complete file before the 29 of may i will put 3 milestone 1st check - after you copy correctly pdf called " estratti conto" into sheet called "movimenti dare avere" 2nd check - after you copy correctly pdf called " scalari" into sheet called "competenze"
