Hi I need to extract, convert and structure the data of two pdf documents. We did some analysis of the pdf, I am not sure witch way to go. OCR scripting and mapping or possible encoding and parsing the text. Final result needs to be structured data in spreadsheet in UTF-8 encoding extracted from the document and mapped respectively. attached is one mapped image and few pages of the pdf.
