I have an excel file with a list of GPS coordinates, range values, and labels for each value. I am looking to convert the excel file to KML language so i can import it as a layer into Google Earth Pro. Each row in excel will include the GPS lat and Long, label values of the point (name, etc..), and it will include a Range Value. This range value includes a minimum and maximum distance from the GPS lat and long. The plot on Google Earth will look like a ring shape with the interior diameter matching the lower range value and the outer diameter matching the higher range value. Plotting this way will allow to represent the margin of error. The deliverable of this project should not only be the KLM file to import into Google Earth Pro but also a Macro that will allow the conversion for any future excel files as well.
