Good day. I would like to help you on your problem. MS Access is the platform to go for your project. But charting is one of Access' weakness. Due to that, we can then export the charting using MS Excel, as it is better as an analysis tool but Access is better as a data capturing, retrieving and storage tool. I designed, developed and implemented many end user systems, combining Access-Front End and MS Excel for Reports for different clients and different industries. For your needs i will suggest MS Access database to track your clients (client data entered once) then data by the visit (date and time) and i will create automated reports and graphs in excel. As i understand you will group all your clients in some categories. Reports will be exported and charted in excel based on criteria you select on report form ( by the client by the group, etc....
