I would like to create a module, probably a hybrid of word, excel, and outlook. It would have to work on any form of windows (>8-10) and Microsoft Office (2010-2016) The documents need to be mail-merge type documents so that I can vary several fields based upon the individual case (patient's name, gender, date of various appointments, eye, etc) I will need to be able to change documents, add or delete documents as I need to in the future. Each document would have to have an on/off radio button or controller so that I can determine which documents to send on any given case and which to uppress. The calendar that controls the transmission would have to be able to be based on a specific date (for example, the surgical date) or +/- days prior to or after a specific date (the post-op letter would go out on the surgical date+1 for instance. Anything that is sent by email must also be able to be printed for snail mail, or texted by cellphone. The email address that it is sent from would have to be changeable as well. So far, I have come up with 10-15 different letters that would need to go out to at least 4 different email addresses. The system would have to be able to recognize that an email was received in response to an email that was sent, and record that event. In addition, it would be necessary to be able to check off manually that an even occurred or was responded to. in that way, the program will send alerts to the operator of what is the next series of events that are coming up, and what was responded to. The transmission/printing of documents/letters/emails would have to have the option of being entirely automatic, or manual. Or, to be able to indicate that some should occur automatically, but others manually. THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS, MANY REVISIONS AND REWORKINGS WILL BE NECESSARY. ANY WORKER THAT ACCEPTS THIS PROJECT WOULD HAVE TO BE WILLING TO REVISE IT AS MANY TIMES AS NECESSARY TO END UP WITH THE FINAL PRODUCT
