You will mainly be: - checking reports and invoices - replying to emails according to instructions - processing payments - organizing invoices - preparing reports with data given - performing other admin duties Work hours: - 15 - 20 hours a week, flexible time *I'm posting another job with the same duties for just Friday and Saturday afternoons (UK time) every week. If you are available for those hours, mention in your application. Must be very very careful with their work. Knowledge on Google Spreadsheet / Excel preferred but not necessary as I will be guiding you in the beginning. There are templates, examples, steps to follow etc. so even if you have no experiences in admin duties, as long as you are a responsible and careful person, you will be fine for the job.
