This is a project to move information from a letter typed in Excel over to Word to make a formal Word letter. The information in the Excel spreadsheet is a form letter that is populated with information from other parts of the Excel workbook (see tabs for Tax Amounts and Names...). It is then set up and calculations made on the Excel letter form. After final changes are made, the information needs to be imported into a Word document that is savable without links and with full formatting capability. All of the formatting from Excel should be initially transferred but after reviewing, if additional formatting needs to be done, the document needs to be able to be modified in Word.
NOTE: THIS IS NOT A ONE TIME TRANSFER. In other words, it is to be used multiple times to prepare different Word letters after the Excel data is changed. It can either be set up as linked documents (changes to the Excel spreadsheet dynamically changes the Word information) or it can be set up as a tool that can be used to transfer the information from Excel to Word to create the Word letter. Either way, after the information is in Word, the document needs to be savable without links and with full formatting capabilities.
