Revise machine shop scheduling tool to track total quantity scheduled, made, and remaining for machines 1-19.
The worksheet should automatically calculate the number of parts produced on the 'Template' Worksheet. As you can see, the machine shop supervisor adds the number of parts produced in the far right column, and it calculates a percentage at the bottom. The problem is that the number at the bottom considers all parts produced, even if they exceeded the production schedule. I need the total number at the bottom to only reflect what is on the original published schedule, and not overruns or other parts. I would still like to track these, but the program should not use them in the total calculation at the bottom. I need this to be added to the template that is created each time the schedule is "Locked and published".
I would like Columns I,J,K to be part of the template when it is created
They should only be able to enter the quantity made in column K.
I and J should come from the schedule
Correction.
Made (column K) should track the column made as they enter the daily quantities complete through the week
And the quantity in column K can never exceed the quantity in column I
For Example, Machine 1 over built 119% for the week
This causes the percent complete at the bottom to be higher than it should.

Hello,
I can edit existing VBA code to account for listed changes. However, at this moment there is no file attached to the project, therefore I would appreciate adding it or sending to me, so that I can review the file.
Best Regards
