Excel vba to Create html files based on excel cells using vba

Excel VBA I have three columns of Excel (Column A, Column B, and column C) I need to create each individual HTML file for each Row, I need to replace the (value) with contents of column A and column B with HTML file and rename as Column c and save Ex column A | Column B | Column B bat cat meow text contents: the #columnA has the #columnb in the home finally, the output should be the bat has the cat in the home I should save as individual file as [login to view URL] Similarly for each row until it has blank cell / until selection ends,
