The job is to find out the 20 biggest organic green coffee importers in Japan, call them and obtain: 1. The company full address 2. The coffee purchaser name, telephone and email address 3. Confirm if they speak English. 4. Agree that they want to receive organic coffee prices and offers 5. Fill in each company/purchaser data into a Microsoft Outlook 2016 Contact file, see file attached to this project. 6. Send me the Outlook .pst file with the 20 organic green coffee importers. Your contact with each Japanese organic coffee roaster must be done in the Japanese language only. If you are not a native Japanese speaker, your bid will not be considered. Thank you.

I can certainly help out with this, but if you want a list of 20 Japanese companies that also have been contacted by phone and have verified that they are interested in buying green coffee it will take more time and money that you have budgeted for.
