Kick Ass Virtual Assistant
$8-15 AUD / hour
Hello!
I'm looking for a gorgeous new VA to join my team help me with many aspects of my online, service-based business. There is a diverse range of requirements, including (but not limited to):
- Active Campaign email management
- Social Media management (including FaceBook, Instagram, IFTTT and Grum Scheduling etc.)
- Light design work (Canva etc.)
- Paypal and Stripe integration
- Squarespace maintenance (no build, just updates and minor changes)
- Bookkeeping support
- Experience using Asana and Evernote
- Experience using Thinkific or online learning platform a plus
- Ability to listen to webinars, online training modules etc. and record, upload and share the video/audio
- Podcasting support (recording, uploading, show notes etc.)
- Transcription (full verbatim and bullet-point note taking)
- Content management
- General admin & research
- Must have account for the above programs (or ability to do so)
- Must have super fast upload and download, bandwidth internet (please provide screenshots of your speed)
- Must have LastPass account for password sharing ASAP
- Must have high storage Dropbox for file sharing
