I am also very accustomed to deciphering different accents if the speaker(s) has a foreign or regional accent. I am available to do 1-2 finished hours per day. For transcription featuring medical content I demand to a payment twice of my current rate at $30 per audio hour. However, given that I still provide a discount for large-scale projects my payment expected for the whole project would be at $300.
