For 2 years I provided customer service as a part of Walmart email team helping customers resolving issues with their online orders. Then, I was transferred to the voice team in Virgen Mobile campaign and once the Virgen mobile camping closed, I was transferred to the email and chat team of Toys R Us since they saw my commitment and great people skills. I have also worked for Target´s chat team as well. I am a fast typer, I can type up to 50 wpm. I have dealt with angry customers that ended up to be very pleased with the job I provided.
