So you need to model the 5 main PV parameters in simulation and follow the simulation pattern in paper you mentioned in the post. i..e Determination of Photo Current Determination of Saturation Current Determination of reverse saturation current Determination of current through shunt resistor Determination of Output Current In last you need a report and parameters with simulation done on MATLAB simulink. Can you please tell me the following things Rated Power Vmp Voltage at maximum power Current at maximum power Open Circuit Determination Open Circuit Voltage Short Circuit Current Total number of cells in Series Total Number of Cells in parallel.
