Please provide a circuit diagram as well as a parts list, preferably with parts easily obtained through Amazon or similar, for a circuit that detects a specific, fixed-frequency tone (let's say 440 Hz, square wave) and in response outputs a signal that that triggers a small actuator of some kind. The actuator would be a solenoid or motor, something that produces a very small but sharp movement that will be registered by an inertial sensor, which has a resolution of something like 0.01 g-force. The two key requirements are that this circuit has to respond only to a very narrow range of frequencies around 440 Hz, and the time between the arrival of the sound wave and actuation has to be very consistent. It should also respond fairly quickly (less than 100 ms), but it's more important that it respond with a consistent delay of X +/- 10 ms (X < 100 ms). It can be battery powered by an AA or smaller battery. As a final note, I am looking for this to be an analog circuit as opposed to something with Arduino because of a) the need for a consistent delay between tone and actuation, which I am under the impression might be easier to achieve with an analog circuit, and b) cost is a bit of concern as I'll need to produce about 20 of these devices. If I'm incorrect on a) and b) the cost of the circuit can be under $50 including Arduino then that would be acceptable, too. Of course in that case I would require the Arduino code as a deliverable and detailed instructions on how to set it up.

Hi, We can do this for you. 1. What is the bandwidth of the frequency you want to detect 2. Do you really need a arduno ? or purely analog solution is ok for you ? as long as its fast and produce the same results ? 3. we have a very old technology that works very well and cost you like 3 usd to make :P lets talk about the project over chat :P Check our Profile for past work and reviews :)
