The main part of the project is the water will flow from top end of the tube to lower end of the tube. The heat flux will apply bottom side of the tube only. The range of the heat flux from 5000 - 10000 Watts/hour. Tube dimensions are changeable depends on to active the output results. Tube Length - 1 meter Tube Diameter - 8 cm (Change) Water Outlet Diameter - 2-4 cm Water Inlet Diameter - 2-4 cm Vapor/Air Outlet Diameter - 2-4 cm (If you want you can assign) Vapor/Air inlet Diameter - 2-4 cm The water will flow based on gravity force! So the water inlet mass flow rate 0.01 - 0.1 m/s. (This value also adjustable). The result I am expecting from outlet are following Vapor Pressure Outlet - Super heated (Without water droplet) steam 5.2 bar abs. Temperature Outlet - . 200 - 220°C (392° - 428F) And Mass flow rate - 0.05 kg/sec or even more And water outlet properties like pressure, temperature and mass flow rate. The tube material will be Aluminium and copper. Two different simulation for two different material properties.
