Hello, my name is Ivana Bekvalac with more than 3 years of experience in software manual testing. Most of the duties for each of the projects I was working on were first to analyze what methods of testing are the best suitable for the project. After that to develop the testing strategy and plan. I was working closely with business partners, engineers and UX designers to ensure that requirements are met. In most of the projects, the test cases and scenarios were based on User Stories and Requirements. One of the tasks was also writing and executing the test cases. Bug finding and reporting is also part of my job such as monitoring, managing and communicating with developers on defects. For bug reporting I am using Jira. Beside that I was performing stress test analysis . Making plan for release and performing regression testing before each release to ensure the minimum defect rate is also one of my duties as QA. As testing management tool mostly I am using qTest and Zephyr. I have experience in manual testing such as reviewing user interface, documenting any flaws, UX/UI testing, cross-browser testing, regression testing, smoke testing, exploratory testing, functional and performance testing. Also I perform API testing and Load testing if needed. I am detail oriented, proactive in identifying issues. Also I am good in documenting and describing bug issues.
