Hello. I'm a sysadmin in a big hosting company. I have an appropriate knowledge how to troubleshoot and resolve such problems. Could you please clarify do you face such issue only with Gmail? Also what mail server have you installed on your Windows server? ME? Merak? Smartermail or Exchange? note that Google sevrers have specific requirements to senders and I can help to fulfill them.
